How many hours can you staff on the server per day?
I am able to be on duty, 2-5 hours a day, depending on school work, etc. Though I am able to be on discord and forums pretty much all the time. Im super active in discord since I have lots of communities there that I keep up with. 

What times can you be on?
EU times mostly, so from 15:00 GMT to 22:00 GMT. But on discord and forums 24-7 as I am super active there.

Why do you want to become Staff?: 
I wish to because staff for mulitple reason, foremost which I believe is the most important reason is I do enjoy being staff. Administrating and enforcing rules I find enjoyable not only that but the interaction with players and the community is very enjoyable. I find it very fun to be a part of a staff team and work together towards better and fewer rulebreakers. I also believe the server would need some more staff as I many players finding nowhere to go to when they need help at times where staff are unavailable. I believe me as an active player of Jungelservers can be on at times where there's little staff or no staff. Last but not least I want to positively impact the community I have been playing on i believe becoming staff will help it making it a better place for all players including me and my friends.

Why do you think you personally should become Staff?: 
I personally think my former experience and activeness is why. I have lots of experience being staff on asaproleplay and having around 300-400 support cases done. My great RP and friendliness towards other players, I have loads and loads of roleplay experience from games like Arma 3 and also Garry's mod. The combination of RP and former experience is I think what makes me stand out.

In-Game Scenarios:

• A player tells you that someone is making money while they have a building sign up. What do you do and why?
  

 So, I proceed to go invisible/noclip and go through the person base, I check inside for printers, meth, weed etc all the money making methods and any raidable entity. If I then spot some i go to tell him that he needs to remove his building sign since it's against the server rules to have a building sign and make money. I would show him the building sign it could be mistake such as his friend who maybe put it up or he just doesn't have a base ready. If his base is not ready then his options would have too remove the raidable entities or remove the building sign if the base is defendable. If he is new to the server I would advise him to read up on the rules and leave him with a verbal or physical depending on the situation and how much discretion staff has. 

• Player X hits player Y for 1 point of armor damage and player Y kills player X.
  Player X reports RDM, what do you do and why?
  

I proceed to bring both player x and y to a sit, I tell player X to tell his story, then bring player Y to tell his side of the story. Player Y did nothing wrong as far as the rules go he did defend himself. If the time between player X damaging player Y is a lot then it's a rule break on player Y side, but we're assuming the killing is close to him hitting him for 1 point of armor damage. After I got both stories I check logs to make sure. Player X, could be looking at a warning point for ARDM, it's concerning seeing as 1 armor damage is hard to do, I would look into to prior warnings for example if he has prior cases for ARDM he could be a minge. But if this was a mistake. As a punishment, I would leave him with verbal or physical warning depending on whether it was a genuine mistake or whether it was something that player X did do get player Y in trouble.  
Player X calls player Y a (whatever horrible insult comes to mind) over voice. Player Y asks for an admin for disrespect, what do you do and why?
Well, I would bring player Y to ask him what was said and the situation that it was said under, I would ask if there is any proof, if so great. if not i would explain that if the other guy doesn't admit to it, then there's not a lot we can do. I would then bring player X to ask him why he thinks he is in the sit. and if he doesn't know i would ask him why he was disrespectful to player Y (phrased like we knew it happened without saying it) if player X denies saying anything still I would explain to them both that lying to staff would result in an additional warning. whereas player disrespect would be only 1 warning. if both players are adamant about their story being truthful, then I would explain that we don't have proof and explain that they should record their gameplay in the future. I would then return player X and explain that i will spectate player Y and ask if player X could go over and speak to player Y as you want to see if he does it again when staff isn't around. if he does it again he will likely admit to it. and insult again which will result in player disrespect x2 + lying to staff. if he isn't disrespectful there I would explain later to player Y that he should record in future in case he's just being more careful.

• 3 players report player X for RDM but you cannot find the player in question, what do you do and why
  

Claim each sit, bring the guys in question but deal with them all in separate sits of course so i can hear them one by one in a none messy sit also it could be one in roleplay and 2 in roleplay so I need to sort that out first, jailtp the person who got reported for RDM. If it doesn't work he either changed his name or left. I would check logs and get his steamid to try bringing him through his steamid. I would check how the person disconnected so if it said, player disconnect. He most likely disconnected after RDMing which is a classified as LTAP and MRDM because he RDM three people. 

• A player accidentally crossfires someone in a raid and the player that got crossfired calls an admin for RDM, what do you do and why?
  

I would bring both players, check which one was in the raid and which one got crossfire, I would find out where the base was, and how the base was setup. I would check if the player that got killed was just standing in the middle of the doorway into the base. Or if he was on the otherside of the street running past. But if the case was purely accidental for example a shot through a closed door during a raid hitting someone far away is something that would be purely accidental. I would verbally warn the player who did the crossfire tell him to be more careful in the future. if he has a history of warns for misfires then I would consider physically  warning him again if he has a history of misfires

because of the fact that y have spammed staff about the app multible times
propblocked players to be honest i cant see y on the staff team y dont have the materiel that it takes
or passionen to wait till the staff meeting to get reps on the app

I wrote to one staff member asking when staff meeting taked place? Also ive neverprop blocked unless you're talking the time when u were next to me in forrest base? Also i have little to no knowledge about how that works i read that during staff meetings apps gets looked at which is why i asked when meeting was.
