Describe what happened : I was making Kevlar and quickselling it. as you can see in the video. Carsen then used his hoverboard to glitch into our base. He soon after raided it.

From what I saw, Carsen got inside your base by a mistake, me and Carsen was playing around and I was inside the shop going to buy something then he came with his hoverboard in full speed on got stuck somehow inside your base

Even if it was By mistake he still exploited into our base then used that information of whats in our base to raid us....

- You may not abuse into people's bases with hoverboards, this includes both spawning it, and jumping in with it

- If you are stuck and cannot get yourself out due to the hoverboard, do not call for an admin, you must resolve the situation, either by respawning the board or suiciding.
- You may charge people to use your board
- Do not use the board to grief people (push them on purpose)
- You may KOS/AOS people who get on your board without permission, or press E while you're on it to change your model
- Staff may noclip themselves out of being stuck

These are the rules on hoverboards as you can clearly see he broke the first one by getting into my base...

What I am trying to say is that it wasn't his purpose, I was inside the Gunshop, he saw me and came to me, but the hoverboard made him fly into the base. The rule is saying that you shouldnt abuse the hoverboard, from what I saw he didnt abuse it, he did by mistake glitch/whatever into your base. I dont think it was his purpose. But im going to let Carsen and others reply. This is what I saw.

if i where to rdm someone and say it where a missclick would that be justified?

So here's my side of the story. I was messing around with Hugs, and then Hugs went to the store. I couldn't move on feet for some reason, and i wanted to get closer to Hugs, so i used my hoverboard to do so.I messed up and went in a bit too fast, in result me getting stuck in the roof. After that i was like : "I can't move, don't kill me", along those lines. So i tried to get out, and did it.

About doing it on purpose, i had no reason to get in the base, it all just happened, and i thought that you were gonna be all cool with it.
You also stated something like "You used the info you got against us in a raid". I don't really thing that there is a way for it to be proven, and even if i would of used the info i got on the base, wouldn't matter at all, since during the raid you and your teammate died at the front door.

It cant be proven that you didn't do it on purpose unless you have recording of it?
And even if it wasnt on purpose you should still be punished as it is against the rules

I will use the RDM comparison again.
RDM if accident = RDM therefore Exploiting on accident = Exploting.

Whether it was an accident or not it still happened, next restart Carsen will lose access to his hoverboard for 2 weeks and if it happens again he will lose it permanently.
