STAFF APPLICATION TEMPLATE

Between 8 and 12+ hours daily
What times can you be on?
Depending on my sleep schedule, 7 AM to 11 PM
Why do you want to become Staff?:
I would love to be a part of the staff team so that I could provide my high daily playtime and experience. I plan to keep the rules on hand. I would love to help aide, especially since I am on at times other staff members may not be available.
Do you have a mic?
Of Course I do, it makes communication easier. I plan on using my microphones more
Why do you think you personally should become Staff?:
1. I myself am an American living in
Florida. My time zone is Eastern Standard Time. According to my time, I start
walking home at 2:10, get home at 2:20-2:25 and hop on at about 2:30, and get
off at 9:30. I can provide long amounts of time on school days alone. On top of
this high amount, I am on at times the server is not as active, and can have
little to no staff on. And on weekends, I can manage 9-13+ hours. Even though
it may not be close to what some people can pull off, but it is a good amount
due to my school schedule. Even though in prior years, school has gotten in my
way which prevented me for doing any staffing for more than a few months, my
school schedule has changed immensely, and I am able to hold a more stable
schedule for staffing on Jungle Servers
2.Even though I can only be on 7 hours+ on weekdays, a big portion of my classes
allow phones, so I can be active on the discord basically all day. My next
reason to why I am capable is that I have staffing experience. I have been
staff on Minecraft servers, a popular Gmod RP Server, and even help out on a
Growtopia related website. My jobs have included Mod work, Admin Work, and I am
currently considered an Intern Editor on the Growtopia related website. I have
been playing Gmod since 2013-2014 on older steam accounts. Though the Minecraft
servers were small, the Gmod server I had staffed for had about double to triple the amount
Jungle servers would have. It may not be good
compared to the other staff members, but I have over 1100 hours total. When I am
online, either social media, or gmod, you can expect an almost instantaneous
reply from me.
3.There are no people on the server that I feel I currently hate.
And I do not know anyone on the server who hates me. Not only that, but I always try my
hardest to strive for making friends with people on the server. I try my best
to make people laugh, and enjoy my presence. I love this server and
all its members, staff or not. And, with my grasp of the rules, I feel like a worthy candidate.

polite to everyone.
4. And to add on, I also believe that I have a great grasp on the server rules, but will ask any
questions on the discord if needed. I know that my essay here is paltry, and
might not be enough, but I do hope for the best, and would extremely ecstatic
to be a part of the staff team on an amazing server such as this. If you need more

In-Game Scenarios:
- A player tells you that someone is making money while they have a building sign up. What do you do and why?
- What I would do is first search for a building sign. If there is none, I would close the sit and tell Player 1 that there is no building sign. If contradicted, I would ask him to show me. If indeed there is a building sign, I would noclip in and look for such money making methods. I would first ask that he either removes the building sign, or removes the entities. If he refuses, I would warn for FailRP.
- Player X hits player Y for 1 point of armor damage and player Y kills player X. Player X reports RDM, what do you do and why?
- I would check the logs to see if player X did hit Player Y at all. If Player X did hit player Y, I would tell him that it isn't RDM due to damage being dealt. If no damage has been dealt, I would provide a warn/verbal warn to Player Y.
- Player X calls player Y a (whatever horrible insult comes to mind) over voice. Player Y asks for an admin for disrespect, what do you do and why?
- I would tell Player Y there is nothing against such, and to expect stuff like this on the internet. Though, action would be taken with viable proof if it was a racial slur.
- 3 players report player X for RDM but you cannot find the player in question, what do you do and why
- I would check the logs to see a person in common for killing all 3 of these people. If I find such person, I would pull him, and ask him why he killed all 3 of them. If there is no viable reason, I would provide a ban for MRDM. If the person left the server I would provide a punishment for MRDM and LTAP.
- A player accidentally crossfires someone in a raid and the player that got crossfired calls an admin for RDM, what do you do and why?
- First, I would wait for the raid to be over to not impede. I would pull both the killer and the victim. I would provide a verbal warning, then I would tell him to watch what he is shooting, and to do /advert crossfire.
